Possibilities

We prepare the room exactly as you prefer and provide guidance on connecting the equipment upon arrival. During the event, the space is entirely yours. When leaving, please make sure to lock the door!

Parking

Parking in the courtyard is free of charge. If all spots are taken, you can also park along Raudtee Street (free 24/7). Elutuba is located approximately 400 m from there.

Catering / Lunch

Coffee breaks are arranged on-site in cooperation with Royal Catering. Alongside coffee and tea, we offer both light snacks and more substantial refreshments.
You can also enjoy lunch at the various restaurants located in the Aparaaditehas complex.

Payment

Billing for the room rental and ordered catering is handled by Hirelink OÜ on behalf of Elutuba Lava Taga.

IMPORTANT FOR USING THE ROOM!

As the room renter, you are responsible for the condition of the space and its furnishings throughout the entire event, as well as for the actions of all accompanying guests.

In case of damage or destruction of the room’s inventory, a financial penalty of up to €1500 applies.

We kindly ask that you use the space with care so that, as the provider, we do not need to repair the room or replace any of its furnishings after your event.

When using the space, we ask that you follow all generally known laws — prohibited substances may not be used on the premises, and alcohol or any other restricted items may not be served to minors.

As the event organizer and room renter, you are responsible for everything that takes place during the event, including safety and supervision.

The room renter is also responsible for the actions of all accompanying guests. If necessary, please explain the room usage, cleanliness, and safety rules to them.
As the room provider, we are not responsible for any public interest in the event taking place, and we kindly ask that you do not disturb other events happening in the building.

If desired, we can place a “reserved” sign on the room door and at the building entrance. Ensuring security is the responsibility of the event organizer and the room renter.

When booking the room on weekdays for seminars, trainings, or other corporate events, the booking is confirmed based on a corresponding email.
Billing is completed within 7 days after the event.

When booking the room for a private event, a booking fee of €100 must be paid.
By paying the fee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the room usage and housekeeping rules, and we will reserve your requested date in our calendar.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the event. However, the date can be changed by mutual agreement.

The remaining event fee is settled during the event week, before the party takes place.

It is prohibited to carry out any activities that may endanger people in the room or damage the property. All equipment and furniture must be used for their intended purpose, and climbing on chairs, tables or any other inventory is strictly forbidden.
Additionally, the chairs in the room are not suitable for lifting people into the air during celebrations!

Burning candles in the room is allowed only under the responsibility of the event organizer. At the end of the event, the room renter is responsible for ensuring that all fire hazards are fully extinguished.

In the event of a fire hazard, it must be addressed immediately. If needed, two fire extinguishers are available for use in the room (next to the front door and the back room).

All smoke-, steam- or vapor-producing devices and materials are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the room, including sparkler candles on cakes, smoking, and fog machines. Smoking is only permitted outside in the designated area.

Introducing the safety rules and ensuring they are followed throughout the event is the RESPONSIBILITY of the ROOM RENTER. In case of any dangerous situations, call emergency services (112) if needed and inform the room administrator at the first opportunity.

For evacuation, use the main entrance or the side doors.

It is also prohibited to trigger alarm systems without cause or attempt to remove them from the walls/ceiling. Fine €300.

For violations of safety rules or any other damage to property, the lessor has the right to demand compensation for all incurred losses.

If an activity in the room causes a false alarm, the renter is responsible for covering the emergency services and security company call-out fee of €250.

At the end of the event, the room renter is responsible for ensuring that all fire hazards are extinguished and, according to the room administrator’s instructions, turning off all equipment and lights.

When leaving the room, please take all remaining food, drinks, and any other items belonging to the event organizer (the room renter),
unless otherwise agreed.

During and after the event, you are kindly asked to collect larger trash and bottles and place them in the trash bin.

There are designated bins in the room for trash and bottles, along with spare trash bags if needed.
When leaving the room, please ensure that all doors are closed and locked! The side doors (2 pcs) are not to be used during the event unless otherwise agreed.

When leaving the room last, please make sure to lock the door!

Elutuba Lava Taga is located on the Aparaaditehas grounds (Kastani 50, Tartu).
The entrance is before the Samelin factory — turn right, then after about 80 meters turn right again. Drive another 80 meters and you’ve arrived.

The room is wheelchair accessible, and has an accessible restroom on-site.
